Security deposits vary from $250 to one month's rent, subject to an applicant's screening results. 

The application fee for each adult over the age of 18 is $25 per person. 

Yes! Twin Coves accepts qualified guarantors for applicants who meet the community's guarantor requirements. If you're planning to use a guarantor as part of your application, our leasing team can explain the qualification criteria and guide you through the process to help make your application as smooth as possible.

Applicants must have a gross weekly income equal to at least 70% of the monthly rent for the apartment they are applying for. Additional qualification criteria may apply, including credit, rental history, and other screening requirements. Please contact our leasing team for more information about the application process and current qualification guidelines.

Yes, residents are required to obtain proof of renters insurance prior to move-in. 

Twin Coves' standard lease term is 12 months. Depending on availability and current leasing options, additional lease terms may be available to better fit your needs. If you're interested in a lease term other than 12 months, please contact our leasing office to discuss current availability and pricing. Our team will be happy to help you find the lease option that works best for you.

Flex allows you to split your monthly rent into smaller payments throughout the month, helping make budgeting easier. Eligibility and program terms are determined by Flex.
